Kenny Mahoney of Fairdale took pictures that shows something large, black and hairy in his yard. Mahoney says it looks like it has the outline of a head, gorilla-like shoulders and has its arms crossed. From the pictures, he thinks the figure is at least six feet tall. He says he's not sure what it is.
"Every once in a while, I think something's impossible, and they catch a prehistoric fish every once in awhile. I don't ever rule anything out, but I say it's a long shot for Big Foot to be living in my backyard in Fairdale," said Mahoney.
Mahoney, who is a hunter, says whatever it is, it keeps raiding his garden. His wife sent the photo to a wildlife expert who specializes in black bears. She said it looks like the creature has black fur but can't confirm it's a bear.
