Indianapolis - The Indiana dance group that made it to the top 40 of America's Got Talent is heading home to Kokomo.

Breaksk8 did not get enough votes to move on to the semi finals and a chance at winning one million dollars. There is now only one group left from the Indiana with a shot at that grand prize.

Eight-year-old Rory, the Australian Shepard, is not intimidated by the bright lights of television or the cheers from thousands of adoring fans.

Owner Tony Hoard spoke after the two performed on this season of America's Got Talent.

"I think we have a lot of really neat tricks that everybody enjoys seeing," he said.

But now even as Rory waits for a flight to Los Angeles to perform live in the show's Quarter Finals next week, wearing his celebrity dog vest, none of the attention seems to have gone to his head.

Tony Hoard, on the other hand, is bursting with anticipation.

"It just feels fantastic. You get the chance of a lifetime. Amazing," he said.

Rory's ultimate shot at the big time will depend on viewers like you who can call into America's Got Talent and vote for him.

"We're a really really good team. We have a high energy show so I think we can compete really well with them," said Hoard.

But as he buckles in for his flight to California, Rory is relaxed and ready in his window seat right next to Tony, trusting the man who rescued him and gave his a home more than seven years ago.

Wednesday's plane ride could be Rory's eventual ticket to the show's grand prize. America will find out next Wednesday just what else Rory and Tony have in store for a national audience.

Until then, Rory's plane ride to Hollywood is just one more long car ride for a game of frisbee.
