Indianapolis - Some of the best drummers in the world will soon be competing at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Drum Corps International competition.
Combine the military precision, pageantry and outfits, drum corps competitions provide quite a show.
"There are a lot of dynamics that go into a performance," said Drum Corps International's Diane Peasel. "Judges are going to be looking at the visual, the movements, the choreography, the music technique, the sound of the instruments and the overall performance of all those pieces tied in together."
The competition, comprised of 22 world class drum corps, is scheduled to start Thursday at 4:00 pm. Click here for ticket information.
